Conditions of sale
Plain terms for buying from eDojo Srls. They apply to orders placed on loki.edojo.it by companies and professionals.
- Who sells
- eDojo Srls, Italy. Company data and VAT number are in the footer plate.
- Prices
- Prices are in euro, ex VAT, for companies and professionals. VAT at 22% applies to Italian customers; EU customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge; outside the EU, duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Prices can change; the price in your confirmed proforma is the one that counts.
- Order and payment
- An order on the site is a purchase request. We confirm availability and send a proforma invoice within two working days. Payment is by bank transfer in advance. The order is final when the transfer arrives.
- Delivery
- We ship from Italy by courier after payment. Times: in stock items within ten working days; otherwise the proforma states the date. Shipping costs are shown at checkout for Italy and the EU and quoted elsewhere.
- Warranty and returns
- Hardware carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective items are repaired or replaced. Returns of working goods are accepted within fourteen days for unopened items, shipping at the buyer's cost.
- Software
- Loki Manager and the positioning engine are provided for use on the customer's own servers with every Loki X cell, with firmware and software updates for the life of the product line, without licence fees.
- Products in development
- One, Eagle and the Plus line are not for sale yet. Leaving an email address creates no obligation on either side.
- Data
- Order data is used to fulfil the order and to issue invoices, stored on infrastructure in the EU, and never sold. Write to hello@edojo.it to see or delete it.
These conditions are a plain-language draft and will be reviewed by counsel before the shop handles its first orders.
